This problem of terrorising victims by audio is widespread. I can not express enough how important this is to take to top levels of Government like

The technology they use is very covert, they have obviously got away with this a very long time and are practised - not sure why these audio offenders never get found out or caught[how could policing miss this problem for so long or not come across it, very strange-] I am hoping this is not a countries/Gov/military satellites/transmission - frankly my audio offender seems local, english is good - just some hick/speed addict - seems like just a normal idiot, not anyone special, local yocal. Fantasies/mockery has got end. -psychiatry teaches it is all in these patients heads, they are wrong and probably too inter-focused in interviews with analyse of inter-thoughts to see the whole; fantasy patients/mockery subjects.
