Most Likely: Rationalising the attempt would be seen as a struggle to benefit from the future ruling.
Fear has driven - fear of the future. Escape will be perhaps seen as a maximum to holding. (level of thought about the attempt, calculation)
Possible: fear of sexuality would probably have someone going nuts in public. Hence why this case proceeds - could be a decent bloke - it's a complete non-alignment/knowns of case. Looking worse than is actual.
I would be concerned. Fear of Jail is obvious though, where the calculation happened. Fear-reversion.
We agree with the attempt being forceful - but the 'point basis' is fear of incarceration. Begging not to be put in jail with the judge.
